Laugh ‘til you drop as stand-up comedy star Jeff Norris joins up with his favorite co-conspirators Renee DeLorenzo and Joe Piscopo, the indefatigable funny man who launched an international comedy career from his hilarious roles on Saturday Night Live. All proceeds benefit Disabled American Veterans Chapter #24 of Ocean County.
Veterans deserve as much as we can give them. They, men and women alike, ask for nothing, give everything and then some. We are the beneficiary of all their sacrifices. We cannot fathom what they have gone through. Many of them cannot either. This is a night dedicated to these warriors by these great comedians. Just remember; These are the few we can see. There are more in hospitals, nursing homes, on the streets, and on the battlefields around the world..
This performance depicts the need and support to regain a sense of normality for a veteran who has lost a limb, lost mobility, lost a basic sense we all take for granted. The need to effectively place a war ridden hero back into society is, in itself ,a task. The costs are high and the resources are limited.
We bring to you this awareness in a form of entertainment. We want you all to enjoy, have a fantastic night! In return, we will help numerous Disabled veterans adjust and heal.
